Lg. Eucalyptus Lemon Zest Tree (eucalyptus citriodora)

Eucalyptus Lemon Zest Tree, Eucalyptus citriodora, is a striking and aromatic landscape tree known for its smooth silvery bark brushed with reddish brown and soft pink tones. The trunk is typically very straight, giving the tree a tall, elegant presence that stands out immediately in open spaces.
The long, lance-shaped matte green leaves can reach up to 6 inches in length and have slightly rough backs. When crushed, they release an intensely fresh lemon fragrance that makes this species especially memorable in the garden.
When left untrimmed, Lemon Zest Eucalyptus can grow into a towering specimen reaching 75 to 100 feet tall. However, it can also be maintained as a hedge or large bush with regular pruning, making it versatile for different landscape designs.
Once established, it shows excellent tolerance to wind, heat, and drought. Planted in full sun with well-drained soil, it provides beautiful vertical structure and a cool-toned contrast against typical garden greens. Suitable for USDA Zones 9 to 11, this stately tree offers fragrance, form, and resilience all in one impressive package.
