All photos taken onsite.Since 1997, we’ve had the privilege of caring for over 100 acres of truly untouched land. Swamp and bog blend into pockets of high, dry ground, with seven natural ponds scattered throughout — each one alive with its own rhythm. This isn’t landscaped land… it’s living, breathing Florida as it’s meant to be.
Wildlife moves freely here. You’ll often catch a glimpse of fox, deer, bobcat, armadillo, opossum, and raccoon moving through the trees. Hawks circle overhead, sandhill cranes and blue heron pass through the ponds, where our family of river otters often play and turtles bask along the edges. Owls call at dusk, and every now and then, a black bear or gator reminds us just how wild this place still is. Our nursery itself sits gently within it all — just two acres — leaving the rest to thrive exactly as it always has. From this setting, we grow something a little different
