Lg. Engaging Confederate Rose Agave Plant (agave kichijokan)

$27.99

Confederate Rose Agave Plant (agave kichijokan), P E T I T E ! This handsome dwarf Agave grows to only about a foot and a half high and forms a remarkably symmetrical round rosette of soft blue-gray to blue-green leaves with toothed margins. The spines emerge yellow, transition to light brown, and then finally age to cinnamon brown. This little plant is perfectly happy as a houseplant in a container or planted in the warm, southern, drought-tolerant garden.
Agaves thrive in-pots or in-ground where other plants struggle. Full sun, sandy soil, irregular watering, they’re completely comfortable in those conditions. That makes them ideal for low-water landscapes. Once established, agave asks for very little. No constant pruning, no frequent feeding, and minimal pest issues. You’re basically planting it and letting it do its thing, which is a big advantage if you don’t want high upkeep.
